As we continue to expand, we're looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our high-performing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing the brands represented by Subemo across key retail partners, ensuring best-in-class account management, relationship development, operational support, and end-to-end leadership of your assigned accounts.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail accounts across Australia. You will work closely with internal teams and retailer stakeholders to deliver sales growth, execute commercial strategies, and maximise growth opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong partnerships, and has a passion for consumer electronics, appliances, and retail.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute go-to-market strategies and account plans to exceed business objectives, deliver sales, profit, and market share growth.
* Drive successful product launches, promotional activity, and commercial initiatives with key retail partners.
* Drive joint business plan development, accurate forecasting & inventory planning, ranging, promotional planning, and business reviews with customers
* Identify growth opportunities through sales analysis, market insights, and category development.
Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, buyers, and internal stakeholders.
* Negotiate and influence outcomes that create long‐term value for both customers and Subemo.
* Drive business development opportunities to expand and strengthen strategic partnerships.
Communication Excellence & Collaboration
* Collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, operations, and customer service teams.
* Deliver clear and compelling presentations, business reviews, and commercial recommendations.
* Thrive in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in Account Management or Sales within a multinational business.
* Experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or related categories, with exposure to major Australian retailers.
* Established relationships with key retail buyers and decision‐makers across Australia.
* Strong commercial and analytical skills, including forecasting, inventory planning, reporting, and business analysis.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Proven ability to build long‐term partnerships and deliver sustainable sales growth.
* Self‐motivated, adaptable, and results‐driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, growth‐focused environment.
