This exciting opportunity focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with local farmers, ensuring their machinery needs are understood and fully supported. You will play a key role in providing tailored solutions, backed by industry-leading products and a commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Promote and sell our brands primarily with customers on farm.
* Assist in organising and contributing to success of customer days and demonstrations.
* Manage enquiries, quotations, and follow-up activity through to sale
* Work collaboratively with our parts, AFS and service teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
* Maintain a strong understanding of our product range.
* Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth
About You
* Experience in agricultural machinery sales or a solid background in farming operations
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across a regional territory
* Practical problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
* Well organised with good time management skills
* Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and mobile technology
