About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Site Manager to join our client team for an exciting $50M construction project in McLaren Vale.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day site operations, supervising safety, and ensuring the project runs on time and to budget.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this hands-on role will involve leading a site-based team of employees and subcontractors across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the effective, efficient, and successful execution of the project onsite
Ensure all work complies with environmental, health & safety, industrial relations, and quality standards
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the broader project team
Provide strong leadership to all site personnel
Develop and manage short-term and long-term programs
Coordinate subcontractors, materials delivery, and site logistics
Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
About You
Proven and stable background within the construction industry
Strong experience in site supervision/foreman roles on significant projects
Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
Enthusiastic, motivated, with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Positive attitude with a passion for the building and construction industry
