Position

Due to internal growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Branch Manager to lead the Silverwater branch. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive sales performance, build strong customer and supplier relationships, and mentor a high-performing team while being backed by a global network.

Responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high service standards across the branch.

* Driving sales performance and delivering growth targets.

* Recruiting, leading, and developing branch staff.

* Managing expenditure, budgeting, and overall branch profitability.

* Building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

* Setting annual business plans and monitoring ongoing performance.

Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader within the electrical wholesale industry, whether currently a Branch Manager, 2IC, or Sales Manager ready to step up. You will be commercially driven, hands-on, and passionate about growing a branch through strong relationships and team leadership.

The key attributes of an ideal candidate would include:

* Proven background in electrical wholesale sales.

* Experience in branch management, 2IC, or sales leadership.

* Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
