About the Role
Our organization is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our professional advocacy team.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in working with vulnerable adults and be able to collaborate closely with the Board of Trustees, driving IANE's mission and strategic plan forward. They will also be responsible for staff leadership, management, and development, as well as the overall administration of the organization in line with established policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership of the organization, including staff management and development, strategic planning, and operational oversight
* Delivery of financial targets and organizational objectives
* Full administration of the organization in line with policies and procedures
* Hold a valid UK driver's license and have access to a vehicle
* Be subject to a 'fully enhanced' DBS check
