Job Description

About the Opportunity

We invite Secondary educators to register their expression of interest for 2027. We are a school where students are curious, engaged and motivated to make a meaningful contribution, and where the educators who teach them are supported to grow, lead and make a genuine difference.

Since 1982, JPC has grown into a globally connected and future-focused learning community shaped by our values of Mutual Respect, Integrity, Compassion and Excellence. These values guide not only how we educate students, but how we support and empower one another every day.

We are proud of a culture where people are encouraged to share ideas, pursue growth opportunities and make meaningful contributions within a community that genuinely values its people.

In 2025, our students achieved our strongest ATAR results in College history, with a median cohort ATAR of 91.00 and a top score of 99.95. These results reflect the calibre of our students, the quality of our educators, and a culture that values excellence alongside the growth and wellbeing of every individual.

At JPC, ambition is not simply about academic achievement. It is about igniting excellence in people, nurturing potential and creating meaningful impact together. For Secondary educators, this means teaching students who are genuinely ready to be challenged, and being part of a collegial, high-performing community of educators who care deeply about their craft.
