Job Description

As the Home Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to individuals with physical and psycho-social disabilities.

You will guide and inspire a dedicated team to provide person-centered care within our Home Service (SIL).

Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, coordinating individualized care plans, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the financial performance of the Home Service site through effective management of operating expenditure
* Ensuring team member awareness of each individual's requirements
* Providing support aligned to the person's plans, goals, and other requirements, including personal hygiene and living skills
* Delivering and encouraging others in the accurate documentation of all activities for an accurate audit trail and maintenance of progress notes


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in the Disability sector, particularly with complex behaviors and mental health challenges.

Rlevant qualifications in this field will be highly regarded. Experience supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organizational policies and procedures is also essential.

You must have proven interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders.

A Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support will be highly regarded.
