Mayfair Marketing is a results-driven agency based on the Gold Coast that builds the systems and campaigns behind growing brands. We are the team behind the strategy, the funnels, the paid media, the email and SMS, and the day-to-day execution that turns a good brand into a profitable one.
We run paid advertising across Meta and Google, build and optimise Shopify stores, design high-converting funnels and landing pages, manage email and SMS marketing through platforms like Klaviyo, and build automation and CRM systems. In short, we own the growth engine for our clients end to end.
Our clients span a real mix of industries, which keeps the work interesting. We work with automotive and aftermarket brands such as custom wheels, performance parts, vehicle accessories and diesel tuning, alongside e-commerce and retail businesses, construction and trade suppliers, and hospitality and food brands. Some are scaling national e-commerce stores, others are local operators we are helping punch well above their weight.
We move fast, we care about outcomes, and we look after our clients like the business is our own.
The role
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to be the connective tissue between our clients and our delivery team. You will own client relationships day to day, keep projects moving, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. This is a hands-on role with genuine room to grow quickly for the right person.
You will not be doing this alone. You will be backed by senior strategists, a strong delivery team, and the systems we have built to make account management smooth. This is a role where you will learn how a modern marketing agency actually runs, from the inside, working across paid media, e-commerce, email and automation.
This is a great fit for someone early in their career, including recent university graduates. If you have just finished a degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field and you are organised, switched on and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. Agency experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We care more about attitude, organisation and how you communicate than the length of your CV.
What you will do
* Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
* Keep projects on track: timelines, deliverables and follow-ups
* Translate client goals into clear briefs for our delivery team
* Run client check-ins, send updates and keep everyone informed
* Spot opportunities to do more for clients and flag them
* Keep our internal tools and trackers up to date
* Help prepare reports, proposals and presentations
What we are looking for
* Early-career, including recent university graduates: 0 to 2 years in account management, marketing, client services or a related field
* A degree in marketing, communications, business or similar is welcome but not essential
* Genuinely organised: you track details and follow through without being chased
* Strong communicator, written and verbal
* Comfortable juggling several clients and priorities at once
* Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
* Curious about marketing: funnels, brand, paid media, content
* Bonus: exposure to CRMs, project management software, email platforms or ad platforms
