What You’ll Be Doing
Client Experience & Consulting
Guide clients through the colour and electrical selection process
Provide expert advice on design choices, upgrades, and product options
Build rapport and ensure a smooth, stress‑free experience
Prepare for appointments with all necessary documentation
Accurately record selections and pricing for client sign‑off
Monitor performance and contribute to team goals
Collaborate with colleagues across the Burbank Group
Attend training and stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge
Share ideas to improve studio processes and client experience
What You’ll Bring
Qualification in Interior Design or a related field
Strong customer service and time management skills
A proactive, creative approach to problem‑solving
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Professional presentation and communication style
