About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Clerk to join our dynamic Finance and Administration team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing vehicle sales contracts and paperwork.
* Entering and reconciling deals in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
* Maintaining accurate vehicle and commission records.
* Reconciling CTP payments and vehicle debtor accounts.
* Assisting with general ledger entries and reconciliations.
* Supporting the finance and admin team as needed.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Administration or accounting experience (automotive experience a plus)
* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
* Able to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* Willing to complete a National Police Check (provided by company)
