Job Overview
We seek an experienced professional to join our team as a Marketing and Events Manager.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for planning and executing key events throughout the year, including conferences. The role also includes managing marketing activities, overseeing digital presence, and engaging with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will manage the production of marketing collateral, newsletters, and social media content, ensuring our websites are up-to-date and engaging.
* Plan and execute conferences, including venue selection, program development, sponsorship engagement, and on-site delivery.
* Coordinate marketing activities, oversee digital presence, and engage with stakeholders.

* Maintain and update websites to ensure they are engaging and current.
Key Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in conference and event management; healthcare or not-for-profit sector preferred.
* Strong organisational and communication skills; proficiency with tools such as Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Canva, and website CMS platforms.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload, meet tight deadlines, and work remotely with minimal supervision.
* Experience in managing meetings, developing agendas, writing minutes, and achieving outcomes; ability to summarise work in report format.
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and working knowledge of Excel.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; good team player who can collaborate in a close-knit team.
* Previous experience in the health care industry is preferred.
