About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to make a meaningful difference every day by supporting the physical and mobility functions of residents and designing and implementing physiotherapy programs.
* Develop strong relationships with residents ensuring their needs, interests, routines and preferences are respected.
* Evaluate the physical and mobility functioning of residents.
* Create and implement effective treatment and activity programs taking into account resident preferences, medical requirements, input from other health professionals and service policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
* Plan and deliver physiotherapy programs that promote independence and enhance quality of life.
