* Salary Range Band 7 $111,873 to $125,191 per annum, pro rata plus 12% superannuation
* Part-time permanent position (0.8 FTE)
* Located at St Kilda Town Hall or with flexible working arrangements possible
The City of Port Phillip is an inner‐city council with around 1000 employees who deliver more than 100 programs and services to our residents, businesses and visitors. These range from childcare and immunisations, to libraries, management of parks and open space, rubbish collection, road maintenance and more. Skills and Experience
* Degree in social policy, public policy or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience developing and delivering social policy or strategic projects.
* Strong knowledge of Victorian policy context including Gender Equality Act 2020.
* Advanced analytical skills using data, research and community insights.
* Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
