What you'll actually be doing
You'll own a portfolio of client accounts across a mix of industries, being the go-to for your clients and the glue between them and our delivery team. That means running client calls, managing internal deliverables across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites and more, writing clear briefs, spotting growth opportunities, and staying one step ahead of problems before they become problems. Fast, proactive, and genuinely fun.
What we're looking for
2+ years in account management or client services, ideally at a marketing agency. You know your way around digital marketing service lines (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites) well enough to have confident conversations with clients about performance and results. You're a natural relationship builder, a clear communicator, and you actually enjoy juggling multiple things at once.
Bonus points if you've worked with service‐based businesses, and if you have experience with trades clients specifically, that's a genuine leg up.
