ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Internal Communications Officer, you will play a key role in connecting our people to what matters most. You will coordinate and deliver engaging internal communications that bring organisational priorities, projects and culture to life.
Working across the organisation, you will partner with leaders and teams to deliver clear, timely and impactful communications that support engagement, alignment and a strong organisational culture.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading internal communication channels and delivering engaging content across digital, intranet and video platforms.
* Supporting organisational change and key initiatives with clear, creative communication plans.
* Managing and improving the SharePoint intranet to enhance usability, content quality and employee experience.
* Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver timely communications and support internal events.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
You are a creative, proactive communicator who knows how to engage people. With strong writing skills, you can translate complex information into clear, compelling content and confidently deliver communications across various channels. You are organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects end‐to‐end, while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and contributing to a collaborative, positive culture.
