As an Assistant Manager you will lead and develop our team and support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operations of the restaurant. You will lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve amazing food and create memorable customer experiences. You will use your strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture and drive costs down while improving the customer experience and maintaining our high standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the crew, providing clear direction and coaching.
* Support the Restaurant Manager in day‐to‐day operations.
* Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene.
* Drive profitability and cost control while focusing on customer satisfaction.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
