Key responsibilities
* Manage the OMP Property & Specie portfolio to achieve revenue growth and meet budget expectations
* Underwrite risks in line with delegated binding authorities, rating guidelines
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, insurers, claims handlers, and other business partners
* Collaborate with our London brokers and insurers on referrals, updates, renewals, and new submissions
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, company, and audit standards
* Contribute to strategic planning, team culture, and business efficiency improvements
What We're Looking For
* Similar experience within underwriting, insurance or banking (property/specie preferred)
* Strong product, market and policy wording knowledge
* Proven negotiation, relationship management and communication skills
* Sound business acumen with a focus on profitable growth
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Diploma of Financial Services or tertiary qualifications desirable
