Do you know your way around a construction site, can organise trades without losing your cool, and somehow still remember where the coffee went? Then we'd like to talk to you.
The Complete Group specialises in the manufacture of transportable site buildings for mining, construction, and government sectors. Fancy title aside, we build cool stuff that gets shipped all over the state — and we're looking for a Construction Supervisor to help keep the wheels turning, the schedules moving, and the chaos to a manageable level.
We're a progressive and respected business, but still small enough that everyone knows your name (and probably your coffee order).
About the Role
As our Construction Supervisor, you'll be the person making sure people, plant, materials, subcontractors, and deadlines all somehow work together without catching fire.
You'll coordinate site teams, keep projects running smoothly, and make sure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Basically, you'll be the glue holding everything together.
No pressure.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating trades, subcontractors, deliveries, and site activities like a professional air traffic controller.
* Keeping projects on track, on budget, and preferably on schedule.
* Reading construction documents without pretending to understand them.
* Managing daily, weekly, and monthly work plan and pre starts are a non neg.
* Forecasting labour and materials with enough accuracy to avoid panic-buying.
* Monitoring site safety and making sure everyone goes home with the same number of fingers they arrived with.
* Managing site logistics, deliveries, storage, and keeping the yard looking less like a disaster movie.
* Solving problems before they become "urgent meetings."
* Coordinating multiple trades working in tight spaces while maintaining your sanity.
What We're Looking For
* Have a solid building and construction background.
* Can confidently supervise subcontractors and site teams.
* Know how to plan ahead beyond "we'll figure it out tomorrow."
* Have experience with modular buildings (great bonus, but not essential).
* Understand construction logistics and project coordination.
* Can negotiate, influence, and occasionally convince people to answer their phones.
* Are organised, accountable, and calm under pressure.
* Know your way around Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Appreciate a good laugh while still getting the job done.
What We Offer
* Long-term secure work with a reputable company.
* Competitive salary package based on experience.
* A genuinely supportive team environment.
* Diverse and interesting projects.
* A workplace where people work hard but don't take themselves too seriously.
