Mandurah GWM is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our family-owned dealership.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team within one of Australia's fastest-growing automotive brands. GWM continues to expand at an incredible pace, with a strong model pipeline, growing market share, and outstanding value for customers.
Mandurah GWM was the Number 2 Selling Automotive Brand in Mandurah in 2025 and has been the Number 1 Selling Brand for the first months of 2026. We are proud of what our team has achieved, but we believe our greatest opportunities are still ahead of us.
Unlike many dealership groups, we are not corporately owned. We are a locally owned and operated family business where decisions are made quickly, ideas are encouraged, and you will work directly alongside the owners.
About the Role
This is a hands‐on leadership position.
We operate with a small, enthusiastic team where every person contributes to our success. The successful applicant will be expected to lead, mentor and motivate the sales team while remaining actively involved in the sales process and customer experience.
* Leading and developing the sales team
* Driving sales performance and profitability
* Maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction outcomes
* Coaching and mentoring sales staff
* Managing sales processes and compliance requirements
* Working closely with dealership ownership on strategy and growth initiatives
* Supporting dealership marketing and social media activities
* Leading by example through active customer engagement and vehicle sales
About You
* Strong leadership and people development skills
* A genuine passion for customer service
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Current WA Salesperson Registration (Yard Manager's Licence highly regarded)
* A positive attitude and professional presentation
* The ability to work towards targets and KPIs while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction
