Position Details
Executive Assistant
Lumen Christi College is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Executive Support Team (EST) and offer administrative and organisational support to both the Executive Leadership Team (Deputy Principals) and the Senior Leadership Team (Directors and Dean).
This is an ongoing, full-time position working 44 weeks per year, commencing 19 January ****.
Monday – Friday, 6 : 30am to 2 : 30pm, then during term holidays hours will be 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm.
Selection Criteria
Essential
The Executive Assistant will :
Demonstrate a strong commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and a willingness to promote and support Catholic values as a member of the Lumen Christi College Community
Have relevant experience in a similar role
Display high levels of professionalism including the ability to maintain confidentiality
Be an effective team member
Display high levels of written and verbal communication reflecting the College's Style Guide.
Demonstrate strong IT skills especially the Office 365 suite of applications
Have a strong capacity to learn demonstrating flexibility, initiative and problem solving.
Be well organised with excellent time management skills
Have completed / be willing to complete Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School
Have / be willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check (WWC)
Have / be willing to obtain a current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
Have / be willing to complete basic First Aid training
Desirable
The Executive Assistant will :
Have previous experience in an administration role within a school environment or similar
Have previous experience in assisting with casual relief
Demonstrate IT experience in AOS, SEQTA and Edval
