The Company

We partner with a national not‐for‐profit to find a Facility Manager for a 115+ bed home. The organisation embraces a new era of aged care, moving away from traditional long corridors to self‐contained, smaller communities of 10 to 18 beds, each with shared kitchens and consistent staffing to foster independence and a true sense of home.
They are tech‐forward, using AI and a centralised intake CRM to automate administrative tasks, allowing focus on resident care.
The Team
Reporting to a supportive Regional General Manager, you will have on‐ground support from:
* 1x Care Manager
* 2x Clinical Care Coordinators
* Head‐office Quality Partners who travel to the site whenever you need specialised compliance or audit support
The Package
* $175,000 + Superannuation & Salary Packaging
* Relocation assistance negotiable for the right candidate
The Role
* Operations: Lead daily clinical, financial and operational activities to ensure high‐quality, resident‐focused care.
* Compliance: Manage the facility in strict alignment with the Aged Care Act 1997 and Commonwealth Accreditation Standards.
* Finance: Manage the budget by optimising rosters, controlling consumable costs and minimising agency staff.
* Leadership: Recruit, supervise and develop clinical, administrative and hospitality teams to foster a positive workplace culture.
* Quality & Risk: Drive continuous improvement by chairing the quality committee, managing risks and investigating incidents.
