Qualifications
* 5+ years post-trade experience working on civil construction equipment
* Strong diagnostic, fault‐finding and troubleshooting capability (including electrical systems)
* Experience across both workshop and field service environments
* Strong commitment to safety and high‐quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of the role

Responsibilities
* Perform preventative maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs
* Diagnose faults across a range of mobile plant and equipment
* Maintain and repair equipment including articulated trucks, dozers, excavators, graders, wheel loaders and ancillary plant
* Complete field service work using a fully equipped service vehicle
* Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety and compliance standards
* Support apprentices and contribute to a positive team environment
