Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join our dynamic team in Wingfield, Australia. In this hands‐on role, you will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring stock is managed effectively, orders are processed accurately, and the facility is maintained to the highest standards. You may also assist with local deliveries to customers as required.
Responsibilities
* Work safely at all times and contribute to a strong safety‐first culture.
* Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain appropriate stock levels and assist with inventory control processes.
* Organise and maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly and well‐presented condition.
* Process customer orders in a timely manner with meticulous attention to detail.
* Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in accordance with safety guidelines.
* Assist with local customer deliveries when required, representing the organisation professionally.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and support a positive, inclusive work environment.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding inventory discrepancies or operational challenges.
Qualifications
* Strong commitment to workplace health and safety with the ability to follow procedures consistently.
* Enthusiastic and dependable work ethic with excellent reliability and punctuality.
* Good communication skills and a collaborative, team‐focused mindset.
* Current driver's licence.
* Physical fitness and the ability to lift, carry and move heavy items regularly.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software.
* Interest in warehousing, logistics or broader supply chain industry.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing warehouse demands.
* Forklift experience or a High‐Risk Forklift Licence, or willingness to learn.
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience (beneficial but not essential).
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
