Role Overview
Due to growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Sales consultant to join our team in our Caloundra showroom.
This role will require a truly passionate and dedicated sales consultant who can take up the challenge of delivering the ultimate customer experience and achieving KPIs with a primary focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Grow the dealership's customer base.
* Deliver the ultimate customer experience.
* Achieve sales key performance indicator targets.
* Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
* Use basic computer skills to support sales processes.
Qualifications
* Proficient with basic computer skills.
* Hold a current Australian Driver's License (mandatory).
* Demonstrate time management and organisational skills.
* Willingness to take on new challenges, learn new skills and be mentored.
* Strong, reliable work ethic and process‐driven mindset.
* Previous experience in a sales role.
* Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence not essential but highly regarded.

Uncapped earning potential with a retainer and performance‐based commission structure.
Trading days: Monday to Saturday with a 5‐day working week roster. Hours: Monday‐Friday 8.30‐5.00 pm, Saturday 8.30‐3.00 pm.
