About the role
As Honda's Retail Business Manager for North Queensland, you'll be at the forefront of accelerating growth and dealer success across the region. Reporting to the Zone Sales Manager, you'll drive sales outcomes, strengthen dealer capability, and deliver key initiatives across Motorcycles, Power Equipment, and Parts & Service. With a focus on Dealer Standards, DVRs, and Performance Action Plans, you'll keep the network aligned, optimised, and moving forward with momentum.
How you'll make an impact
* Set clear sales and performance targets for each Dealer while supporting them with effective operating controls and management tools.
* Oversee and support all dealer operations across sales, service, finance, parts, and accessories within the allocated territory.
* Analyse Prime Market Area reports and deliver monthly insights and updates to dealers.
* Assist Dealers to maintain best practice showrooms and workshops.
* Manage promotional budgets.
* Assist Dealers with the development, training, and motivation of their Managers and sales, service and parts teams.
* Ensure dealer compliance to Honda standards as per the DVR process.
What you'll bring to Honda
* A high level of commitment to deliver retail best practice.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to achieve business objectives and report conclusively on results.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform in an autonomous environment.
* Proficient in Office 365.
* Strong Automotive experience in service, parts & frontline is advantageous.
* Availability for occasional work outside of normal business hours and weekends.
