Senior Operations Engineer
We're hiring a Senior Operations Engineer to take ownership of our digital platform operations and help transform how we manage incidents, automation, and performance across our customer technology ecosystem.

* Drive automation, not manual workarounds
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end incident management - triage, comms, resolution, and review
* Support and optimise customer technology platforms and integrations
* Monitor platform health and proactively prevent issues before they escape
* Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement
* Build and maintain runbooks, documentation, and operational frameworks
* Partner with engineering, data, cyber and vendors to ensure platform reliability
* Support releases, deployments, and environments across production and non-production
* Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
What You Will Bring
* Incident management within complex production environments
* Platform / website operations
* AWS cloud environments
* CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar)
* Linux scripting and automation fundamentals
* Tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
* Experience with MarTech or customer platforms (Adobe, CDPs, analytics)
* Exposure to data platforms or pipelines
