This role is ideal for someone experienced, calm under pressure and committed to providing safe, person-centred supports.**About the Role**You will provide support to participants with complex physical and psychosocial needs, supporting their safety, dignity and quality of life. Supports may take place in the home and community and require strong boundaries, emotional awareness and teamwork.**Your responsibilities will include:*** Providing respectful **personal care** and daily living support* Building trusting, caring relationships through consistent and compassionate support* Accurate documentation and communication with the wider support team**Shifts & Rostering*** **Buddy shifts provided to start** (if required) for a safe and supported onboarding* **Weekends, evenings and overnight shifts available*** **Rotating roster**, flexible shifts available**About You**You bring a **caring and compassionate approach** to supporting people with disability and are **reliable, dependable and committed** to consistently showing up for participants.
