About The Role
As our Learning and Leadership Development Lead you will be responsible for the management of our learning management system and delivery of strategic projects to increase leadership capacity to support our growth agenda and the health needs of our community.
You will lead work to evolve our leadership competency framework, and be an integral part of the design, development, and delivery of effective and engaging Virtual First non-clinical development, performance, and culture improvement initiatives.

About You
As our ideal candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Experience and skills to initiate, lead and manage change and projects that contribute to improving organisational outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence in a health, Government, or similarly complex organisational context.
* High level interpersonal and communication skills, evidenced by the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influence outcomes, and facilitate codesign, consultation and governance networks in a multidisciplinary environment.
* Experience in managing a learning management system and applying contemporary learning, leadership, and organisational development interventions with emphasis on customer needs, user experience and process optimisation.
* Proven ability to effectively engage with, facilitate and deliver training to large groups of
* High-level communication skills, including the ability to provide high quality project evaluation and reporting, policy and procedure development, and executive briefs which lead to business improvement outcomes.
