Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support day-to-day operations across our D2C and AMR warehouse environments at our Kemps Creek site. This hands‐on leadership role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, high‐volume operation, enjoys developing people and takes pride in safety, quality and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead frontline teams to deliver safe, accurate and on‐time order fulfilment while embedding strong operational discipline and continuous improvement practices.
* Provide Team & Values Leadership.
* Drive Warehouse Operations and Client Outcomes.
* Lead Continuous Improvement and Problem Resolution.
* Maintain Operational Discipline (Inventory & Financial).
* Ensure Work Health, Safety & Wellbeing.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience supervising teams in a warehouse or 3PL environment; AMR experience highly regarded.
* Strong leadership, communication and coaching capability.
* Continuous improvement mindset; Lean experience desirable.
* Solid understanding of WMS, inventory control and warehouse best practices.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in fast‐moving environment.
* Experience meeting or exceeding client SLAs.
* High attention to operational discipline and cost awareness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Forklift licence and experience (Counterbalance/High Reach) advantageous.
* Existing working rights in Australia.
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.
