The Director of Nursing Role
As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational management to our surgical unit.
* Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team by fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the surgery department, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are met with the highest level of quality and safety.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, driving improvements in clinical governance, risk management, and quality outcomes.
* Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment, where staff feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
