About the Opportunity

We're seeking anHR Generalist who is proactive, knowledgeable, and people-focused to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll support the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with employment laws and industrial relations frameworks, and help shape a culture of engagement, collaboration, and performance.

What You'll Be Doing

* Providing responsive HR support and advice to employees and managers
* Managing recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
* Supporting staff learning and development, including training needs analysis
* Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with NDIS and HCP requirements
* Assisting in the rollout of HR systems and process improvements
* Supporting organisational culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies
* Guiding leaders in effective performance management and people practices
* Ensuring compliance with industrial relations frameworks and Australian employment legislation
* Managing employee relations matters and mitigating associated risks
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and HR practices
* Supporting the success of the KompleteCare Quality Management System

What We're Looking For

* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations
* Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Professional and empathetic approach to team and staff engagement
* Proven ability to coach managers and support a high-performance culture
* Attention to detail with strong documentation and compliance skills
* A passion for people, continuous improvement, and positive impact
