Job Title: Insurance Claims Assessor

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers
2. Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and procedures
3. Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online
4. Process vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
5. Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
6. Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
7. Assist with production management of the centre where required
8. Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
This role will work within our large network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunity.
About You:
1. Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive industry
2. Proven experience with AudaNet is highly desirable
3. Good communication skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
4. Highly professional and personable
5. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
6. Ability to meet strict deadlines
7. Ability to problem-solve with accuracy and attention to detail
8. Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
9. Strong commitment to working safely
