We're on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive and positive Administration Officer to join our team on a full‐time basis, based in Garbutt, Townsville. This is more than just an administration role – you'll be in the engine room supporting our HR, IT, Safety and Training functions, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What we are looking for:

You're someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in your work, and loves supporting others. You'll bring:

* Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
* The ability to learn new systems quickly
* A proactive, can‐do attitude and team‐first mindset
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, internally and externally
* Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between branches when required
Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high‐quality administrative support across a range of areas, including:

* Managing procurement and finance processes across HR, IT, Safety and Training
* Developing user guides and documentation
* Coordinating travel, bookings and detailed itineraries for all employees
* Scheduling and organising training across the business, ensuring all administrative functions are whole and complete
* Managing IT onboarding and off‐boarding for employees, including basic troubleshooting support and working closely with external providers
* Maintaining accurate records and tracking systems in existing platforms
* Supporting decision making with timely advice and thorough research
* Providing general administrative support (scanning, filing, document prep and more)
* Occasional travel throughout our dealership network to perform audits
