This contractor is known for delivering high-quality subdivision and infrastructure projects, and they're seeking someone who can bring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and quality on site.
Description
* Supervise civil construction crews and subcontractors deliverying large scale subdivisions
* Monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met
* Enforce safety standards and promote safe work practices
* Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
* Coordinate plant, materials, and resources
* Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to site teams
* Conduct site inspections and report to project management
Profile
* Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor or Foreman on subdivisions
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage workflows, solve problems, and make confident decisions
* Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality
* Hold relevant tickets and a valid driver's licence
