We are looking for a reliable, motivated and physically fit Poultry Farm Hand with an immediate start at our Terrace Farm in Freemans Reach. As our Farm Hand, you will be responsible for: • Working with live chickens daily • Visiting the sheds and food, light, air and water checks • Egg collecting and packing • Carry out general farm duties and tasks as required • Follow all Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) guidelines and adhere to company procedures. Be proud to play a key role in ensuring fresh eggs reach supermarket shelves – your work directly supports the food chain and keeps communities stocked! Role Details Monday – Friday. There may be an occasional Saturday. • 7.00AM – 3.00PM. Location: Freemans Reach NSW About you Are you looking for a hands-on, active role where you can work outdoors and be part of a supportive team? We’re seeking a reliable and motivated individual to assist with the daily operations of our egg dispatch process. No previous farm experience is necessary—just a great attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to get stuck in! In this role, you’ll help ensure our eggs are safely loaded and dispatched on time, while contributing to the smooth running of our farm. If you’re someone who enjoys practical work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in doing a job well, we’d love to hear from you. Requirements Previous farming/outdoor work is not necessary but desirable. Reliable, organised, and attention to detail Forklift licence would be highly advantageous Own enclosed Safety Boots and High Vis Shirt. Clear communication skills, both when working independently and interacting as part of a team. A pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening is required A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable car.
