Project Manager – IT Service Management, Enterprise Service Management & IT Asset Management (ITSM/ESM/ITAM)

About the role
As Project Manager, you will lead an enterprise-wide program that is critical to SVHA's digital future, with accountability for end-to-end delivery, governance, and value realisation.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end selection and implementation of a Tier 1 or Tier 2 ITSM platform, including IT Asset Management capabilities.
* Define and deliver integrated ITSM and ITAM data models, including asset lifecycle, CMDB, and service relationships.
* Establish and govern project scope, roadmap, delivery milestones, and benefits realisation.
* Drive program governance, including steering committees, executive reporting, and performance dashboards.
* Manage vendors, system integrators, and external partners, ensuring accountability to scope, schedule, and quality.
* Lead commercial and contractual activities, including negotiations and financial management.
* Facilitate enterprise stakeholder engagement and organisational change, including clinical, corporate, and digital functions.
* Oversee risk, compliance, and assurance activities across the program lifecycle.
* Ensure successful transition to business-as-usual operations, including support model, asset governance, and service ownership.
* Work in partnership with the ITSM Lead to ensure alignment between platform configuration, process design, and delivery approach.
About the program
* A consolidated ITSM platform supporting all ITIL practices (Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge).
* Integrated IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities covering hardware, software, and lifecycle governance.
* A robust CMDB and asset-service relationship model to improve visibility, risk management, and decision-making.
* Advanced automation and workflow orchestration to streamline service delivery and reduce manual effort.
* Enterprise-wide reporting, dashboards, and performance insights across both service and asset domains.
* Expansion into Enterprise Service Management (ESM) across HR, Payroll, and corporate service functions.
What you will bring
* Proven experience delivering large-scale ITSM platform implementations, including IT Asset Management integration.
* Strong understanding and practical application of ITIL frameworks and service management processes.
* Demonstrated experience delivering or overseeing ITAM, CMDB, or asset lifecycle management solutions.
* Proven success leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs in matrix environments.
* Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and commercial contracts.
* Strong capability in project governance, reporting, and executive stakeholder engagement.
* Experience delivering automation, workflow transformation, and reporting/analytics solutions.
* Highly regarded experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, BMC, or similar, including ITAM modules.
* ITIL v4 certification or higher.
* Experience implementing CMDB design and asset data models.
* Experience delivering Enterprise Service Management (ESM) beyond IT.
* Exposure to healthcare or other regulated environments.
