The role:
Our NSW Government client is seeking a 'hands on' database specialist with GIS experience to assist in maintaining high levels of data integrity within the department's Asset Management System (AMS).
Important:
Must have strong experience in Oracle database development and exposure to GIS (spatial data).
What you'll be doing:
Support day-to-day AMS data operations (updating, reconciliation, Oracle/ArcGIS reporting).
Perform complex spatial/aspatial data extracts, investigate integrity issues, and report on system maintenance.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all AMS data.
Provide comprehensive user support where required.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
Proven experience in Asset Data Management.
Experience with Esri ArcGIS.
Strong Oracle database development and reporting skills.
