Typical day-to-day activities
- Inspections / site visits
- Provide advisory consulting services to strata, building managers, homeowners, and commercial and industrial enterprises.
- Technical due diligence reporting
- Condition and building defects audits
- Dilapidation surveys and make-good assessments
- Maintenance forecasts
- Project management
- Work autonomously
- Ability to travel in the local Sydney LGAs
Qualifications
- Friendly and personable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Able to travel locally
- Experience in either building defects, Building Surveying, remedial, façade, forensic or Structural Engineering.
