Job Summary:
As a seasoned professional, you will lead our Brisbane asphalt team to deliver pavement contracting services with operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team to achieve performance targets and drive business growth.
* Oversee project delivery and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Develop regional business plans aligned with strategic objectives.
* Foster strong client relationships and promote innovative solutions.
* Evaluate staff performance through coaching, succession planning, and regular reviews.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
About You:
You must have a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. A sound understanding of delivering asphalt, surfacing, paving, and/or minor civil works is preferred. Proven experience in project operations management at a senior level is required.
