Key Role: Early Childhood Coordinator
This role involves providing high-quality care and support to children with disability or developmental delay, individuals with disabilities, and their families.
The successful candidate will facilitate informal and formal assessments, provide early connections and supports, and develop, implement, and review plans that cater to the needs of each family.
This position requires a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and partner with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children aged 0-9, possess excellent organisational and time management skills, and be able to utilise software efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing strategies for supporting vulnerable children and their families.
* Providing information, advice, and guidance to parents and carers on available services and resources.
* Building partnerships with community agencies and organisations to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience working in an early childhood setting with children aged 0-9.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office.
