We are currently looking for motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates to join our General Liability team in Perth. These positions offer a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced legal professionals and build a career in the legal industry. Key Responsibilities
* Assist lawyers in reviewing and drafting advices, court documents, witness statements, settlement agreements and correspondence
* Review medical records and expert reports to prepare chronologies and summaries of evidence
* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
* Prepare briefs to experts and manage discovery of documents
* Assist in managing communications with clients, barristers, and court
* Prepare and organise materials for court appearances and meetings
What You Need
* Must have a law degree or have recently graduated
* Must be able to commit to full‐time work
* Must have full working rights in Australia
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
