About the role
Join our compassionate team as a Physiotherapist and make a real difference. Help older adults stay active, independent and safe in the comfort of their own homes. The role is a current position with scope for use of hybrid models of care delivery.
You will work closely with members of Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) team, Allied Health Team Leader, TACP Manager.
The Aged Care Division delivers a range of clinical and non-clinical services across the entire Local Health District to support older people in their families to enable them to remain supported in their home.
The aged care teams and programs have a strong commitment to advocacy, restorative care and reablement back to wellness and independence. The position will enjoy cooperation and support within a strong leadership team and can expect significant challenges in a changing aged care environment which needs to respond to a growing patient population and commonwealth and state health reforms impacting on operations.
