Job Description
The Men's Wellness Officer supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men by addressing complex needs in a culturally safe, trauma-informed way. The role focuses on improving understanding of healthy relationships and behaviours.
Responsibilities
* Undertake intake and assessment activities to identify participants' needs.
* Develop case management plans and reassess on a regular basis to ensure progress against goals.
* Support program participants through referrals to other service providers.
* Collect evidence and data for assessment and reporting purposes and ensure all documentation is compliant with requirements.
