About the role
We're seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to ensure our stores provide a positive shopping experience. No prior experience is required – just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and cleaning shelves, ovens, drains and other areas. You will also collect trolleys from the store and car park, rain or shine, helping create a great shopping experience for everyone.
About you and your skills
* Working both indoors and outdoors, you'll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting
* Commitment to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
* A keen eye for detail and cleanliness
* A passion for working safely and abiding by Coles Safe work practices
* Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic
* Physical ability to stay active, lift, reach, and push moderate to heavy loads
* Availability to work flexible hours across store trading days (including weekends) with shifts between 5am and 11pm, seven days a week
