Customer Service Representative – SwitchCars
About the Role
SwitchCars is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Welshpool.
This is a full-time role where you'll be helping customers over the phone, by email, and online. You'll be one of the first people customers speak to, so we're looking for someone who is positive, easy to talk to, and enjoys helping people.
You don't need years of experience — attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn are more important to us.
What You'll Be Doing
* Helping customers with questions about their account, vehicle, or booking
* Responding to phone calls, emails, and messages
* Assisting with payments, bookings, extensions, and general support
* Solving problems and helping customers find the best solution
* Learning our systems and processes
* Working closely with a small team in a fast-growing business
What We're Looking For
* Good communication and people skills
* Friendly and professional attitude
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to stay organised and work independently
* Willingness to learn and grow
* Customer service or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential
* Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
* Valid Australian work visa or work rights
