Key Responsibilities
* Exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures are not defined.
* Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus.
* Provide high quality confidential administration support to the team.
* Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communication.
Remuneration and Employment Conditions
Remuneration value up to $100,585 p.a. comprising a salary between $3,038.50 - $3,379.10 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%). This is a fixed term temporary position available until May 2027.
