This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join a thriving Humanities faculty. We are looking for an inspiring and excellent practitioner to join our team that has a collaborative and ambitious culture, and an aspiration to raise attainment and progress even further. We offer a scholarship package to develop subject knowledge and understanding of pedagogy through specialist professional development, alongside the teaching post for a suitable candidate.
You will be both ambitious and passionate about teaching Geography and bringing out the best in every student. There is also an opportunity to teach other Humanities subjects.
The successful applicant will: Be ambitious and passionate about teaching Geography and Humanities, and about bringing out the best in our students. Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching and learning. Be able to teach Geography up to GCSE level. Have delivered strong outcomes across various ability levels. Have the ability to engage, enthuse, and motivate students. Be capable of working independently and as part of a team. Deliver a curriculum that inspires, engages, and provides an aspirational and challenging learning experience. Be a committed, highly competent, energised, reflective, and resilient individual.
