This part-time role involves regular working days on:
* Monday and Tuesday at our Balcatta Aged Care Facility
* Friday at our Mirrabooka Aged Care Facility
* Job Share
* The successful candidate must also be flexible and available to cover leave as needed at either facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the welcoming face of MYVISTA Balcatta/ Mirrabooka, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* Handle incoming calls and communicate sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and care.
* Use MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Wordand Excel.
* Perform administrative tasks as directed by the Residential Aged Care Manager.
* Assist the Residential Aged Care Manager with day-to-day operational tasks, contributing to the smooth and efficient functioning of the facility.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a reception/ administration role within an Aged Care or healthcare environment is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents, familiesand staff.
Additional Requirements:
* National Police Clearance
* Current WA driver's license
