* Providing strong leadership, mentoring, and support to optimize service outcomes through targeted practice reviews and performance development
* Overseeing training and development, ensuring staff competence and collaboration with other team leaders to deliver safe and cost-effective drug therapy

Requirements
* Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant authority
* Excellent written and verbal communication and public relations skills
* Ability to work independently under broad direction, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility
