Australian Delivery Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced delivery manager to lead our Australian government software development projects. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering Agile projects under Prince2 project boards and will be responsible for managing project budgets and resources effectively.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using and implementing Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and will be able to motivate and inspire teams to achieve maximum user value on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
* Leading and motivating Agile delivery teams
* Managing project budgets and resources
* Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams
* Identifying and mitigating risks
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 plus years delivery & management experience in government and/or enterprise-level software development
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and principles
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other relevant Agile certifications
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
